Pink and Denim

| Top Newlook £9.99 | Skirt Primark £8 | Heels Miss Selfridge £15 Sale | Clutch bag Bank £10 | Necklace £5 Sale |

This is another one of my freshers outfits this year. I am really loving this skirt and have really liked wearing it for day and night. I am also loving wearing this top. I think the fit is perfect for me and the colour is so pretty. I teamed it up with my favourite statement necklace and black shoes and clutch.
I have properly started uni again today which was super scary but slightly exciting knowing i'll be done soon. I only have 26 weeks of actual uni weeks! I have some pretty exciting blogposts coming soon for my uni work experience so keep your eyes peeled!

I have been feeling really distant from the blog world recently so I hope you're all doing well!

Falling Leaves

| Carmel Tropical Print Pencil Dress* | Jumper H&M £12.99 | Sandals Newlook £7.99 | Bag Primark £4 |

Its September! How crazy is that? I have noticed that even though the weather is still really nice, its been a bit cooler recently and I have needed a jumper. I am trying to hold onto summer for as long as possible so I have been trying to incorporate my Summer clothes into my Autumn wardrobe until it gets too cold!
I absolutely love this dress from Celeb Boutique and I have loved wearing this over summer. However I have wanted to wear it so much more than just nights out (link to original dress post here). Ive seen a lot in Topshop that they style pencil skirts with cropped jumpers. I really like that style so i tried it with this dress, I love the look of this dress and jumper because it give the dress and whole new look. Its much more casual and perfect for days out shopping or a date. I like the pop of colour the skirt bring to the outfit and still brings a look of summer and fun to the overall look.

Have you bought out any Autumn clothes yet? is it depressing you as much as me?

OUT OF THIS WORLD

Galaxy print has been around for a while now and I'm not going to lie, I haven't really liked or wanted anything in this print. However, I saw this skirt on Take Me Out last saturday and instantly wanted it. This skirt was from Topshop for £28 and luckily in the petite section, this means it fits perfectly on me and the length is flattering.
I styled this skirt casually and for a night out. I really like how it looks with my Uggs and grey jumper and I think it looks so classy with heels. As its the main part of the outfit its so simple to style this.

What do you think? Do you own any galaxy print?

Right, off to go do some more work, wish me luck!
Hope you all have a lovely day

REACH FOR THE STARS

I recently came across this truly beautiful skirt and i decided to create an outfit around it, because its absolutely fabulous! I still think nude is an amazing colour  to use and goes with every skin tone and it makes the skirt stand out so much.

  1. The skirt! - Link to Skirt - It is a pricey skirt i must admit, at roughly £80 this skirt is so unique its worth every penny!
  2. Top Link to Top -  Its a simple silk effect vest. Its very versatile so could easily be worn for all occasions. It also comes in a variety of colours. Plus only £15
  3. Shoes - Link to Shoes - I love these shoes! you know I'm a sucker for good heels and these are lush! Simple, faux suede and platformed. All you need for a prefect heel. At just under £30 these are a key piece in your wardrobe.
  4. Necklace  - Link to Necklace - Simple, sparkly and £3. Need I say more? From rings and tings this is a simple necklace that will go with everything.
  5. Watch Link to Watch - At £219 this is expensive. But it is Michael Kors!
  6. Mulberry! Link to Bag - I love Mulberry and this cute new style is a gorgeous twist on the classic style. I love the trim around the bag. It obviously comes at a high price. £995 to be precise. I can dream.
What do you think? Will you be buying anything like this?

LOVELY IN LACE

lace is a big trend. i love lace. it can change an outfit to sexy or girly. there is lace everywhere - from leotards to dresses.

here are a few of my favourite pieces out there right now and my own outfit.

this dress is beautiful! it is from LAVISH ALICE which is an amazing site with quirky clothes.

i really love this dress. its super feminine and flattering with the ballerina skirt.
it could easily be worn as casual too with tights and boots.

coming in at £38  it is pricey, however if you like them on Facebook, you get 10% off.

i am defiantly going to invest in this dress for the summer.

i love this skirt! i wear a lot of body con skirts anyway but i have never found one like this. this would look fabulous with a white shirt tucked into it.

from LIPSY. this metallic lace skirt is defiantly a key piece.
£40 is expensive for a skirt however i had tried this on before and the quality is very good.

TOMS are a necessity for everyones wardrobe this summer! practical, cool and goes with everything. these are defiantly and investment.
these lace ones are so cute! these would look amazing with shorts and a top to make the outfit look really girly and feminine.

£45 are reasonable for TOMS. they last FOREVER! they are so durable and will be worn every year.

plus they have really good charity called ONE FOR ONE. every shoe you buy, they will give a pair to a child who needs them in poor countries.

MY OUTFIT

this dress is from H&M and it was £15 which isn't bad at all. the white top underneath was also H&M, it was defiantly less that £5.

the belt was PRIMARK £2 and the shoes were NEWLOOK, they were £19

my ring was from H&M and that was £6.50.

what do you think? have you bought any lace recently?

DATE - NEW DRESS

this dress is fabulous! I'm in love. TOPSHOP at £30 (student discount to £27) they also do this pattern in a skirt which i also love.

i find the pattern very flattering, i also think it can be quite sliming in places and created a perfect hourglass figure.
the long sleeves and high neck line make it a very classy dress that can be dressed up or down with a leather jacket and UGGS.

here is me wearing it with a clutch bag from BANK - £35 and black heels from PRIMARK - £16. the shoes are gorgeous by the way. they have a chunky heel which makes them surprisingly easy to walk in plus so in fashion.

what do think? sorry about the picture below. apparently guys don't know how to use the focus on cameras?
