Halo Printed Bodycon Dress by TFNC

| Topshop TFNC dress | Miss selfridge heels | Accessorize bag |

I am off to Birmingham with the boy to watch Wicked in celebration of my degree (I got a 2:1 and so chuffed with it!) Obviously the first thing I needed to sort was what I was going to wear. I bought this amazing dress from the TFNC range in Topshop. Its a style I would never normally go for. Pencil skirts are something I don't normally wear as I'm short plus am a size bigger on my bottom half. However, I was surprised this flattered my figure as much as it did. I think its because the top half is low cut and the attention is drawn to there rather than my larger backside! (I'm wearing a wonder bra underneath incase you're wondering, can i just say, its amazing! Id 100% recomend you buying one).
I think I might attempt to make this more casual by wearing a denim jacket and sandals so I get more wear out of it. Im hoping the weather might pick up so I can wear it for Birmingham, i'll probably post an Instagram picture when I go.

Have you found that perfect summer dress yet?

JACK WILLS OXENFORD DRESS

| Dress Jack Wills £29 Outlet | Sandals Newlook £7.99 |

Im so happy the sun is shining today, i've finally been able to do a outside blog post. Today so far has been really lovely which is a nice change from the rain we've been getting.
Today I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to wear my beloved Jack Wills dress. I bought this dress at the start of summer in Gunwharf Quays where my favourite Jack Wills outlet store is. As you all know, I love dresses and floral prints. So the combination is a dream for me. I love that its strapless yet still really casual to wear day to day. I really like the structured bodice which nips me in perfectly in at the waist. The length of the dress is also perfect for me as its not too long or too short. Overall, this is my favourite summer dress to wear, and the ditsy floral print is just so cute!
Jack Wills have just released their Autumn collection which is so gorgeous! There are too many dresses I have my eye on for the colder months, defiantly worth a look.

Are you getting wear out of your favourite summer dress?

PRIMARK FLORAL DRESS

| Dress Primark £5 sale | Sandals Newlook £7.99 |

I doubt i'm going to get any more wear out of this dress this year as the sun seems to have well and truly disappeared. It's a shame because I absolutely love this dress. I picked this dress up in the primark sale reduced from £17 to £5! I wouldn't buy anything from primark for £17 but i thought £5 was much better and a right steal. I really like the cut outs of this dress. I think they're more sophisticated cut outs compared to others i've seen. Im able to wear a normal bra with it without it being on show at all which is a bonus. I love how much material there is in the full skirt. Its such a simple outfit to wear either shopping or on a date or just enjoying the sunshine. I have had such a lovely week away and have come home now for my final month before going back to uni for my last year! Its such a scary thought having to think next year i'm going to be a big girl and live in the big world of work!

Do you own a cutout dress?

WISH LIST OUTFIT

Its been my new years resolution to dress much more classy and sophisticated as I think it will give me a sense of maturity (I am 20 now yet sometimes I feel I dress more like a 17 year old). These few pieces I have picked out are so versatile. I absolutely love the floral dress and think it will be great for spring time.

IMPRESS NAILS

As you all know, i'm obsessed with nails. I love fake nails, but I hate the messy part of glue.
After a trip to boots to originaly buy normal nails but came across these.
They are per stuck nails - genius! As soon as I saw these I knew thet were going to be special.

They are so easy to put on, and surprisingly small enought to fit on my tiny nails. All you do is find the size that fits and peel off the sticky pad on the back then press on for a few seconds. And its done! So easy and looks super cute!
The packaging I aslo am amazing idea, it looks like a nail varnih bottle. So clever.

The ones I got were £8.99 which I think is amazing for the quality. The normal colour ones are £7.99.

I have had them on for a few days now and they have really supirised me. The colour has lasted, I have been able to do my normal day to day things, wash my hands and everything without worrying if they'll come off.

I love the pattern I got, so summery and floral - my favourite cobination.

Here are my favourite picks of dresses and shoes for this season.

  1. Pink Floral Print Bow Back Prom Dress - RIVER ISLAND - £60
  2. Love Floral Stripe Shift Dress - ASOS - £40
  3. Blue Floral Print Structured Peplum Dress - RIVER ISLAND - £45
  4. Stud Back Peep-toe Court Shoes - CJC for TOPSHOP - £115
  5. UGG Ally Flip Flop Champagne - OFFICE - £45

DATE - NEW DRESS

this dress is fabulous! I'm in love. TOPSHOP at £30 (student discount to £27) they also do this pattern in a skirt which i also love.

i find the pattern very flattering, i also think it can be quite sliming in places and created a perfect hourglass figure.
the long sleeves and high neck line make it a very classy dress that can be dressed up or down with a leather jacket and UGGS.

here is me wearing it with a clutch bag from BANK - £35 and black heels from PRIMARK - £16. the shoes are gorgeous by the way. they have a chunky heel which makes them surprisingly easy to walk in plus so in fashion.

what do think? sorry about the picture below. apparently guys don't know how to use the focus on cameras?
