Patterned Jeans

| Jeans H&M | Top Asda | Shoes La Redoute* | Sunglasses Primark |

These photographs were taken 2 weeks ago in Southampton and I was hoping the weather was going to get back like this. Luckily the weather was just as nice this weekend which was so nice. After my first full week of work as a full timer, I needed the weekend off to relax. I spent it with my boyfriend which was lovely. We went for a meal, into town and a little walk through the countryside.
This outfit is perfect for those spring/summer days where you want to look fashionable but be comfortable. These jeans are such a lovely paisley print. I absolutely love the detail on it. I wore this with my asda cami top which was such a bargain at £5! I finished this outfit off with my gorgeous La Redoute sandals. I love how they look with every outfit I style them with. This was such a perfect outfit to wear over the weekend and was so comfortable too.

What did you do this weekend?

Orange and Blue

 | Jeans Dorothy Perkins Petite | Top Topshop | Necklace Topshop | Heels Newlook |

It seems like it has been forever since I've blogged (I cant believe its almost been a month!) and I've completely fallen off the blog radar. I had no idea uni work could take over my life so much but unfortunately it has. With my deadline looming and a new job starting soon after, I've literally had no time to think of anything else. Let alone get time to go out and blog. However, I gave myself a much needed break earlier today and enjoy the lush weather we've been having recently - bring on summer!
Ive been wearing jeans a lot more recently which is very different compared to my trusty leggings I wear every day. I find it super difficult to find jeans that fit as I'm pretty short, these Dorothy Perkins Petite jeans have been my staple denim for years now and I re-buy them every so many years. I teamed them up with this gorgeous top from Topshop, I absolutely love the colour and the flattering length sleeves. I think its perfect for those spring days. I also wore my amazing Topshop necklace which I picked up not long ago. I really love how it completely finishes off the look of the top and makes it look so summery. Too add height to my little body I wore these beautiful heels from Newlook. I love the chunky heels that make wearing heels a little more bearable. I love the colour combination of orange and blue, I think theres something really modern and fresh about it. I cant wait to wear this outfit more, possibly more with sandals for boots on those cooler days.

What colour combination do you love at the moment?

Week at home and OOTN

| Top Asda | Jeans Dorothy Perkins Petite | Shoes Vintage |

I haven't blogged in a while, mainly because my final year of uni has taken all my time and social life. I have been busy job hunting and figuring out what to do with the rest of my life when I finish, no pressure!
I went home for half term week which has been greatly needed, I love just being able to chill and not have to think about food! Tonight we are going out for a meal so I thought I would share what I am wearing. I picked up this cami top from Asda for only £5! I thought it was such a bargain I had to pick up a few colours for summer. I teamed it with my trusty Dorothy Perkins skinnies and these gorgeous vintage shoes. I think they finish off the whole look and make it look a lot more evening appropriate. They're so comfy and the perfect heel hight for a meal, obviously for a night out I prefer my massive 5-6 inches. They're not my normal height but I actually really like wearing them to make a simple outfit a bit nicer.

What have you been up to recently?

Feeling fresh, Feeling new

Jumper Newlook | Scarf Zara | Boots Uggs | Jeans Dorothy Perkins | Necklace Newlook

Happy New Year everyone!

I cant believe its 2014! This year is such a big year for me I actually cant wait for it! Im turning 21, I'm graduating, I'm leaving Southampton to somewhere new (or wherever I can get a job) and I'm going on holiday to Portugal with the boy in Summer.
I thought seeing as its a new year, I would give my blog a little re-vamp. I like doing this every now and again, mainly because I get bored, but I'm learning so many things computery from blogging, I thought I should put it to good use. I really like how it looks at the moment and can see me keeping it for a while.
Excuse the set up at the moment - student accommodation isn't the nicest place to take blog photos.
This outfit is something i've been wearing loads since I got this jumper for Christmas. I already have this jumper in pink so asked for this colour to go with my collection (anyone else do that?) I absolutely adore this tiffany mint blue colour and think it looks so good with my jeans, which I need to wear more. I have been wearing my new Zara scarf with everything even if it doesn't match, lucky it matches really nicely with this jumper and jeans combo. I also tried it on with this statement necklace from Newlook. The jewels are slightly iridescent which matches the jumper perfectly.  I think it makes this outfit slightly smarter than my massive zara scarf.
I cant wait to wear this outfit more and hopefully without a coat on when the weather gets a bit warmer!

Did you get anything for Christmas that you cant stop wearing?

NIGHT OUTFIT - WHITE SHIRT

| Shirt H&M £14.99 | Jeans Dorothy Perkins Petite £25 | Necklace Dorothy Perkins £5 Sale | Clutch Newlook £10 | Shoes Newlook £25 |

The weather has got a lot cooler for us in the UK which i'm surprisingly ok about. It means I am not sweating as much and can put a few more clothes on! I went out for drinks a few nights ago and decided to wear this outfit. I love the whole jeans and shirt look. I think its effortlessly chic and very smart. I teamed it up with nude heels and clutch from newlook - I love the pop of colour on the back. The bag matched my necklace perfectly and brings out the blue in it. I've never really worn a necklace over my shirt before but I decided to give it a try and really like how it looks. This is defiantly my new go to night out look.

What do you think of this look? Do you like wearing necklaces over shirts?

FEBRUARY HAUL

As I think I've mentioned in almost every post recently, I have been in super uni mode. Thankfully a deadline has been extended so I can relax a tad, but the majority of my easter break will consist of work, work and probably more work (so unfair) This month I have been able to do a little shopping in my breaks, mainly summer clothes because I'm so looking forward to a holiday with my girlies!
| Jeans H&M £15 | Top Topshop £10 | Top Hollister £6.50 Sale | Bikini Topshop £30 |
I am really enjoying wearing these jeans, I think they're so different and super comfy! I think they're going to be a great piece to wear over spring with a white tee. The two crop tops are mainly to wear in summer with shorts but I have worn the grey one with disco pants on a night out which I really like. This Bikini was in a recent wish list and I'm so glad I bought it, the fit is amazing, I love the style and the colours are amazing. This is perfect for my trip to Zante!
| Bag Social Discount £19.99 | Makeup bag TKmax £5 | Bourjois Paris Volume mascara £5.99 Offer | La Roche-Posay Effaclar Mat £13 | Body Shop Born Lippy Watermelon Gift | OPI Nothin' Mousie 'Bout It £5 |
This bag I recently bought from Social discount Network, this site defiantly worth a look. I love the colour and style. It seems to go with everything I wear at the moment, and is a nice break from my massive Zara shopper bag.
This makeup bag was bought knowing I'm going home soon and holiday soon so i need a nice compact makeup bag to keep everything secure. I saw this in TKmax reduced and I really like the mock ostrich effect, for £5 you cant really go wrong.
The mascara was on offer in superdrug and I bought it purely because it was cheeper than my normal mascara (soap and glory) however, It has become my new favourite. I really like the application and brush, my eyelashes seem to be nicely separated and fanned out. Im defiantly going to purchase this again.
I have heard a few reviews on the Effaclar Mat and I'm hoping it works on my skin, I want perfect skin for holiday, fingers crossed! and finally this OPI nail varnish is beautiful! I bought it off Pasha's Fashion blog (HERE) blog sales she's got at the moment, its defiantly worth a look.

Phew, that was a long post. Hopefully I'll be posting a few ootd's and reviews on these products soon.
Hope you've all had a lovely week!

DANCING IN THE MOONLIGHT

As i've said in a recent post (Here) I have really been liking galaxy print. I've been looking at galaxy print jeans for a while now and have seen some from Topshop and River Island. It was pure chance that I found these in H&M. They were the only size left - must be fate! I have decided to style these really simple otherwise I think it looks too messy. I wore these with my trusty Uggs and a chunky cardigan. I also wore these in the evening with the same top fully tucked in and black heels. I think this gave a really classy yet fashionable look.
Im not normally a trouser or jeans kind of girl yet apart from the ridiculously long length of the leg, these jeans fit really well and are super comfy and fashionable for me to wear. These are defiantly at the top of my statement wardrobe selection.
Oh and excuse the garden, I am only a student!!
