It seems like it has been forever since I've blogged (I cant believe its almost been a month!) and I've completely fallen off the blog radar. I had no idea uni work could take over my life so much but unfortunately it has. With my deadline looming and a new job starting soon after, I've literally had no time to think of anything else. Let alone get time to go out and blog. However, I gave myself a much needed break earlier today and enjoy the lush weather we've been having recently - bring on summer! 

Ive been wearing jeans a lot more recently which is very different compared to my trusty leggings I wear every day. I find it super difficult to find jeans that fit as I'm pretty short, these Dorothy Perkins Petite jeans have been my staple denim for years now and I re-buy them every so many years. I teamed them up with this gorgeous top from Topshop, I absolutely love the colour and the flattering length sleeves. I think its perfect for those spring days. I also wore my amazing Topshop necklace which I picked up not long ago. I really love how it completely finishes off the look of the top and makes it look so summery. Too add height to my little body I wore these beautiful heels from Newlook. I love the chunky heels that make wearing heels a little more bearable. I love the colour combination of orange and blue, I think theres something really modern and fresh about it. I cant wait to wear this outfit more, possibly more with sandals for boots on those cooler days.

Estrella Bella Boutique #2

This is the second of the dresses I'm reviewing for Estrella Boutique (you can read the first post here)

This stunning jewelled open back skater dress is called Elsie.

I really love this dress, its completely different from the first dress I reviewed, I think this one is much more girly. Its so pretty and the back kinda makes me feel like a fairy! The beaded detail on the front is so on trend for Autumn/Winter 13 and its so amazingly done. I think the fit and style is absolutely gorgeous and skirt is so pretty. I really love skater skirts and this one is no exception! The colour is a beautiful royal blue colour which is flattering for so many skin types. However, As Jo (the owner of Estrella Bella Boutique) makes the dresses,  it can be made in any colour you wanted - I would love to see what this dress looks like in a baby pink!

We're sailing away

With me going back to uni for my 3rd and final year, I have been trying to organise and downsize on my wardrobe. I have less space this year than I did last year so i've been sensible with the amount of dresses i'm bringing. This is one of the dresses i'm taking, I thinks its so cute and fun. I adore the bow on the front and the colours of it, I think its quiet sailor style which i really like. I think its perfect for autumn and winter teamed with tights and a leather jacket. I tried it on with heels and thought it would also look perfect for a night out. the smock style of it hides what i want to cover (summer belly) and shows on my legs, hopefully making me look taller.

Im moving house this week officially which is pretty scary. 3rd year here I come! My next post will probably be of my new room! 

FRESHERS WISH LIST

As you all know, summer is over which means back to school, college and uni. Im really looking forward to starting my 2nd year of uni with all my friends as this year we can relax so much more as we have known and lived with each other all last year.
